Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SmartVoro and RAY TRADING LLC. However, you acknowledge and agree that our outbound free shipping promotion does not apply to returns. If you request a return under our 30-day window, you are solely responsible for paying all return-related processing costs and transport fees.

If our automated fraud systems flag an order as high-risk or suspect credit card misuse, we reserve the right to immediately cancel and refund the transaction without prior notice.

5. Legal Protections Against Chargeback Abuse

Filing a credit card dispute or chargeback without first contacting support@smartvoro.com to initiate our official return protocol is a breach of these Terms. By completing a transaction, you authorize your credit card provider and bank to prioritize our corporate shipping telemetry, delivery photography, and electronic checkout timestamp contract over any claims of "Product Not Received" or "Item Not As Described." All legal costs incurred by RAY TRADING LLC to defend against fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued for reimbursement.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, United States.
